I'm an attorney by trade and a classical pianist at heart but have been called to be a pastor's wife and homeschooling mom. My interests far exceed the time I have to indulge them but that doesn't seem to limit me as I strive to live out the calling God has on me and my life.
My husband Robert is such an amazing man of God. Our life together is a beautiful picture of God's redemption and we are reminded daily of how God can and will use every single piece of a life as long as it is submitted to Him.
I am blessed beyond all measure to be mommy to two absolutely phenomenal boys, Corbyn & Ayden. At 6 and 5, they are the most delightful, playful, energetic, brilliant children imaginable. Best of all, they already have hearts that fully love Jesus. I never imagined that I'd be mommy to boys, but now that I am, I couldn't ever imagine anything different.
Growing up in Canada, I never could have imagined I'd live most of my adult life in Sunny Southern California. As a young girl, I distinctly recall listening to Jan & Dean and The Beach Boys records (yes, I'm that old) but never in my wildest dreams could have anticipated I'd actually one day have my own beach boys and that the places described in those songs would be part of my everyday life.
I absolutely adore our church, Newbreak, and love that it was our church home even before Robert went on staff. My life is so enriched by the friends we've made and I can hardly believe that we can minister together with people so very dear to my heart. With my family so geographically distant, God has blessed me with a church family who loves and adores our entire family in ways I would never have thought possible.
